Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a General Store Manager to lead a high-profile store that has undergone major investment and now needs a General Store Manager with the vision, drive and leadership to bring its full potential to life. What you'll be doing
Leading and motivating a large team to deliver standout service and strong commercial results
Embedding new store standards following substantial investment
Building a high-performance culture through coaching, development and clear succession planning
Owning the P&L, analysing data and identifying opportunities to grow the business
Working closely with senior leaders to ensure the store becomes a benchmark within the region
