General Teaching Assistant - Year 4 - Harrow
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 class in a vibrant primary school in Harrow. This is a long-term role starting as soon as possible, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils.
You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that all pupils reach their full potential. A key focus of this role is supporting children with behaviour and emotional regulation, providing guidance, reassurance, and encouragement so that they can remain focused and engaged with their learning.
