General Teaching Assistant - Year 4 - Harrow
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 class in a vibrant primary school in Harrow. This is a long-term role starting as soon as possible, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils.
You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that all pupils reach their full potential. A key focus of this role is supporting children with behaviour and emotional regulation, providing guidance, reassurance, and encouragement so that they can remain focused and engaged with their learning. Patience, empathy, and the ability to respond calmly in challenging situations are essential.
