General Teaching Assistant + Afterschool Club Lead (Disney Production Project) Location: Brent, London Salary: Up to £525 per week (PAYE) Contract: Full time, Temp to Perm Start: JASAP SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a warm and community-focused Primary School in Brent who are seeking a General TA for the school day, who will also lead their after-school club, including supporting and coordinating a Disney-themed school production for 3 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone creative, confident around children, and enthusiastic about bringing learning and enrichment to life. What makes this school special: Supportive Senior Leadership Team who invest in staff development Inclusive, nurturing ethos with a strong community feel Excellent behaviour systems already well established Creative learning environment where the arts are valued Opportunities to progress into permanent rolesThe Role As the General Teaching Assistant, you will: Support learning across KS1 or KS2 (depending on your strengths) Work with small groups and occasionally 1:1 Assist teaching staff with classroom organisation and learning resources Help maintain a positive and structured learning environmentAdditional responsibility: Lead the after-school club 3 hours a week, supporting the delivery of a Disney-themed school production (no formal drama experience required-just enthusiasm and confidence!) Support rehearsal organisation, costumes/props where needed, and encourage pupil participationThe Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Confident, friendly and proactive Passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils Creative or enthusiastic about the arts / performing (not essential, but beneficial!)
