Key Responsibilities
• Provide classroom support to students and teachers across a range of subjects
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to support pupils, including those with SEN
• Assist in preparing lesson materials and maintaining an engaging learning space
• Promote positive behaviour and student wellbeing
• Contribute to the school’s inclusive and nurturing environment

• Experience supporting young people in an educational or youth setting
• A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with teenagers
