Profile
This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting the Service Department by performing maintenance and repairs on customer-owned diesel generators and our rental fleet.
**Responsibilities**
Planned Maintenance and Service
* Perform routine servicing and maintenance of diesel generators for both customer-owned and rental equipment.
Service and Repairs
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on customer and rental generators, ensuring quick resolution of any issues.
Site Surveys
* Conduct site surveys as requested to assess service needs and maintenance requirements.
On-Call Duty
* Participate in the company’s on-call rota system to provide timely assistance during off-hours.
Health & Safety Compliance
* Follow the Company Health & Safety Policy, maintaining clean and orderly workspaces, including company vehicles.
* Comply with all aspects of the company ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 procedures. Proactively contributing to our continuous improvement programme.
**Requirements**
* Generator experience is essential
* Engineering qualifications are essential
* Full UK driving license is essential
