Work collaboratively with colleagues across other technical disciplines to maintain the integrity of overall project delivery. Produce high‑quality project outputs, including reports, specifications and supporting documentation, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and comply with relevant national standards and codes of practice. Develop effective working relationships with Project Managers and clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, changes and issue resolution. Develop and maintain an understanding of the services delivered by the business, the client's operational requirements and the wider industry sector to support effective networking and professional credibility. You and Your Experience BSc qualification (or higher) in Geology, Environmental Geoscience, Environmental Science or a related discipline. Entry‑level experience working on geo‑environmental or geotechnical projects. Ability to work both independently and as part of a local, office‑based team to deliver projects within tight timescales and budgets. Experience of site‑based work, including supervising contractors such as drilling teams. Ability to log soil and bedrock in accordance with current standards. Competent technical report writer with some knowledge of Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental reporting.
