Job Description

Geography Teacher:
Smile Education is partnering with a prominent secondary school near Solihull who are welcoming a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to their team from Nov 2025, or possibly earlier for the right candidate. If you’re enthusiastic about inspiring young minds through the wonders of science, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full time role 5 days a week. 
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 that align with the national curriculum. Your role is to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity and encourages student participation. You may also be asked to cover general subjects when required, helping maintain learning momentum across the school.
You’ll join a supportive, energetic, and collaborative team committed to your professional development and to making a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor’s degree in Geography and QTS or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge
Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students
