Key Responsibilities

Assess and track student progress, using data to refine teaching approaches and provide targeted support.
Encourage analytical thinking, geographical enquiry, and real-world connections through creative teaching.

Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding progress and learning needs.
Take part in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
Strong understanding of the Geography curriculum and effective classroom practice.
Passion for the subject, with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils of varying abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous development.
