* Lead Curriculum Development: Take a prominent role in the delivery and continuous enhancement of the Geography curriculum across all key stages, inspiring high-achieving students, particularly at Key Stage 5, to reach their full academic potential and fostering a school-wide appreciation for geographical rigour and real-world application.
* Drive Pedagogical Excellence: Have the opportunity to implement and champion innovative teaching methodologies, leverage cutting-edge geographical technologies (e.g., advanced GIS), and explore contemporary geographical issues relevant to university-level study and critical global challenges, with a clear focus on the demands of A-Level.
