The Role
The Head of Geography will:
* Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Geography department.
* Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate Geography teachers.
* Manage departmental resources, including fieldwork opportunities and technology.
* Promote environmental awareness, global citizenship, and an appreciation for physical and human landscapes.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an exceptional Geography teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:
