Teaching Personnel are working with an outstanding rated school in the heart of Southampton, Hampshire and are seeking a Geography Cover Teacher.

The Role: They are seeking a dedicated and flexible Geography Cover Teacher to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for students. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
Ensure students stay on track with learning objectives.
Maintain a positive learning environment.
Adapt to teaching various subjects as required by the school.
Qualifications & Experience:
QTS is desired but as a minimum previous experience teaching Geography and hold a degree in the subject.
Experience in a classroom setting is desirable, though not essential.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
