Geography Teacher - Full-Time - Cardiff
Days: Monday to Friday (Full-time)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent or Long-term
Teaching Role: Geography teaching across KS3 and KS4 (potential KS5 depending on experience)
Are you a passionate and inspiring Geography Teacher ready to spark curiosity about the world in your students?
A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Cardiff, in partnership with Empowering Learning Cardiff, is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join their humanities faculty from September 2025. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver engaging and dynamic geography lessons that develop students' understanding of global issues, physical processes, and human-environment interactions.
You will contribute to the development of a stimulating and relevant curriculum, support students of all abilities, and bring geography to life through a variety of teaching methods, fieldwork opportunities, and cross-curricular themes.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised FE teaching qualification
✅ Experience teaching Geography at secondary level (KS3-KS4, KS5 desirable)
✅ A passion for global awareness, sustainability, and field-based learning
✅ Ability to create inclusive, well-structured, and engaging lessons
✅ A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
