Previous leadership experience is not mandatory, but the desire, ambition, and enthusiasm to lead and shape the Geography Department is essential. This is a maternity post, ensuring a smooth handover, comprehensive training, and guidance for your success in the role.

As the Geography Subject Leader, you will be responsible for managing the Geography Department and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance existing practices. Teaching Geography up to A Level is an essential requirement for this role.
