Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, qualified Geography Teacher to join a school in Enfield rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. In this role, you will support a well‑resourced Humanities department, delivering engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4. You’ll authentically foster geospatial curiosity, team-teach within a collaborative department, and be well supported by senior leadership. The school values growth, personal development, and excellent outcomes for students.
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4
*
Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback and support
*
Collaborate with department colleagues on curriculum planning and resource development
*
Promote student engagement with current global issues, encouraging critical thinking
*
Participate actively in the school’s supportive pastoral/tutor structure
Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Degree in Geography or a relevant discipline
*
Experience teaching KS3 and GCSE levels; ECTs are welcome and will receive structured mentorship

Strong subject knowledge and confidence using GIS/data skills embedded in curriculumBefore You Apply
