A leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Director to join their growing team in South East England. This is an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Director to play a key role in shaping and expanding a geotechnical offering within a well-established consultancy.

 As a Geotechnical Director, you will lead and grow the geotechnical function, oversee project delivery, and support business development. The Geotechnical Director will manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, and contribute to strategic growth across the South East England region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical projects from concept through to delivery
Develop and grow a geotechnical team
Drive business development and client engagement
Provide technical oversight and quality assuranceRequirements

Proven experience in a team-leading geotechnical role (Principal/Associate/Director level)
Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
Chartered or working towards chartership
Full UK driving licence
Full right to work in the UK
