Geotechnical Engineer Reference: BY94563 Location: Devon Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 A specialist geo-environmetal and geotechincal consultancy based in Devon are seeking an experienced engineer to join their dynamic and expanding team. You'll be provided with resources, opportunities and support to continue your professional development and progress in your career. The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered: A competitive salary (£27,000 - £32,000) Excellent training provided where required. Range of exciting and varied projects to work on. Increased responsibility, working with a niche team size allowing for varied workload and focusses support where required. Company benefit and pension scheme.The successful Geotechnical Engineer will be working on site and in office, supervising drilling rigs, carrying out ground investigations, soil logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, writing interpretive reports and assisting junior members of the team, among other daily responsibilities. To be considered for the Geotechnical Engineer position you should: Have existing experience in the contaminated land/ground investigation industry. Have a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience, Environmental Science or a relevant subject. Have a full UK driving licence. A full right to work in the UK.
