* Lead and support site investigations across Oxfordshire and surrounding regions
* Produce geotechnical design reports, risk assessments, and interpretive documents
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulators to ensure smooth project delivery
* Contribute to internal process improvements and technical standards
* Assist in mentoring junior staff as the team expands
🎯 Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in geotechnical or geo-environmental engineering

* Proficient in geotechnical software (e.g., HoleBASE, PLAXIS, etc.)
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
