Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid (Watford office & home, 2-3 days per week)

What You'll Be Doing:
Be the Client Hero: You'll be the go-to person for your own portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring their needs are met-every time.
Drive Success: Manage contracts, monitor recurring revenue, and help clients get the most from our products and services.
Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with teams across Service, Sales, Engineering, and more to deliver seamless solutions.
Spot Opportunities: Identify ways to grow accounts, upsell, and keep customers engaged and delighted.
Solve Problems: Tackle challenges head-on, find creative solutions, and turn tricky situations into positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Languages: Fluent in German and English (business level, written and spoken). Bonus points for any other European languages!
People Skills: You love working with people, building rapport, and resolving issues with a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience: Background in customer service, account management, or business administration.
Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive-both in writing and in person.
Organisation: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
Tech Savvy: Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office is a plus.
