A fantastic opportunity for an EA to join a global investment banking firm based in London. This temp‑to‑perm assignment delivers both intensity and impact, requiring the ideal candidate to manage multiple complex diaries across time zones, coordinate international travel, and support a dynamic senior team. The successful EA will have experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services and must be fluent in German.
What you’ll do:
Extensive diary management
Organise complex international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
Process expenses
Maintain data on the CRM
Supporting with various other admin tasks when needed
What you’ll need:
Fluency in both German and English - written and verbal is essential
Previous EA experience within financial services
A team player who is solution-orientated
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
A positive attitude and 'can do' approach
