German Telephone Interpreter
Freelance | Remote | UK-Based Recruiting on behalf of a leading global language services provider.
We are currently supporting our client who is a globally recognised language agency-in their search for experienced freelance German English telephone interpreters. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity ideal for professional interpreters looking to expand their portfolio or add flexible hours to their schedule.

Deliver real-time telephone interpretation between English and German speakers.
Support public sector organisations, including NHS and healthcare providers.
Use a dedicated app to manage and respond to live interpretation requests.
Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity throughout each call.Candidate Profile
Proven experience in professional verbal interpretation
Fluent in both English and German
UK-based and eligible to work on a self-employed basis.
Strong cultural awareness of both language groups
Community Interpreting Level 3 (or higher) is desirable.
Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
