Senior Project Manager
Location: Frankfurt or Berlin (Hybrid Working)
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client, a Consultancy for Hyperscale Data Centres across Europe.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and programme targets are consistently achieved.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to execution and handover
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, and operational specialists
Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk registers
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager on mission critical projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
Ability to work flexibly across Berlin or Frankfurt with occasional travel as required
