Glazing Sales Specialist - London  Location: West London (Office & Showroom) Reporting to: Head of Sales & Business Development Environment: Office-based, no travel required Positions: 2 vacancies (one immediate hire) About my Client: A long-established, family-run manufacturer specializing in premium architectural glazing for high-end residential projects. Everything is designed and fabricated in-house using a fully bespoke system that allows for rapid turnaround, exceptional quality control, and extensive customization. The business has a high-end showroom, a strong reputation in the architectural glazing sector, and a growing volume of repeat and referral clients. Known for ultra-slim aluminium sliding systems, pivot doors, roof lights, oriel windows, and specialist structural glazing, they deliver a full end-to-end service: survey, design, manufacturing, and installation. Clientele: Architects Interior designers Main contractors High-end residential homeowners and developers Info on the Opportunity:  This is an office-based sales position where you will work from the London showroom, managing inbound enquiries, guiding clients through premium glazing solutions, preparing quotations, and supporting the technical and design team. The Head of Sales is building a brand-new sales function — the business has strong demand, increasing enquiries, and requires confident, capable sales talent who can represent the brand professionally and personably. Key Responsibilities:  Manage inbound enquiries and provide expert guidance on glazing solutions. Produce accurate estimates and quotations for bespoke glazing systems. Host clients in the showroom, offering product demonstrations and technical insight. Work closely with the design, survey, and production teams to ensure smooth project progression. Maintain CRM accuracy, track pipeline, and support strong conversion rates. Represent the business with professionalism, product knowledge, and warmth. What we are looking for:  Essential background: Experience in glazing or architectural/technical construction sales. Strong understanding of high-end glazing systems, aluminium systems, or bespoke fenestration. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Commercial awareness and the confidence to sell a premium, design-led product. Estimation Experience preferred  Personal qualities that are non-negotiable: A genuine personality – confident, warm, authentic. Ability to sell yourself as well as the product. Strong communication and rapport-building skills. Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a relaxed environment. What's the plan (6-12 Month)  Become fully competent in the company’s bespoke system. Produce accurate estimates confidently. Establish yourself as a trusted, knowledgeable point of contact. Successfully pass the 3-month probation period. Build strong working relationships with the Head of Sales, technical team, and wider office. Salary & Package:  Base salary: £40,000–£45,000 (can go to £55,000–£60,000 for strong glazing experience) Monthly bonus: Typically ~£1,000 per month (£12K PA)  Annual bonus: Additional performance-based payment (Once a year) Pension + standard benefits Cycle to work Scheme  Start date: ASAP Hiring Process:  Stage 1: Casual MS Teams call with the Head of Sales Stage 2: Face-to-face meeting with Head of Sales + Managing Director (onsite) Decision made immediately after Stage 2 for the right person
