Description
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding service to a global customer base
Support the order-to-cash process using SAP
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
Analyse order trends and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service workflows
Maintain accurate customer records and KPI tracking
Profile
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in customer service within manufacturing
Experience with SAP
Order to Delivery experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, process-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and resolve issues swiftly
Track record of collaborating across teams in a fast-paced setting
Job Offer
40-42k basic salary
Hybrid & flexible working - only 2-3 days a week in Liverpool
