Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems on a global scale.
Collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with international HSE standards and regulations.
Drive the integration of ISO 9001 standards within HSE frameworks across multiple business units.
Develop and maintain robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate global audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are timely and effective.
Facilitate training programs to promote a proactive safety culture across all sites.
Support worldwide travel to monitor and assist with local HSE initiatives and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience working within a global HSE management role, preferably in the defence or related industries.
Strong expertise in implementing and managing ISO 9001 standards and HSE systems.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Experience developing and rolling out integrated systems across diverse business operations.
Willingness and ability to undertake worldwide travel as required by the role.Company information
