Our client are a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for an experienced Folding Operator to join their team. You'll be working with high-spec MBO and Stahl folding machines, producing quality products that meet exacting standards.
Whether you're a seasoned operator or looking to expand your skills, this is a great opportunity to develop within a supportive team.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Set up and operate MBO and/or Stahl folding machines
Monitor production runs and check quality throughout the process
Adjust machine settings for optimal output and minimal waste
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime
Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Work alongside a collaborative team to meet production targets
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace✅ What We're Looking For
Experience operating folding machines (MBO or Stahl preferred)
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Strong understanding of quality control processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and occasional heavy lifting💷 Pay & Progression
£ per hour will depend on:
Skillset and machine experience
Ability to operate multiple machines
Shift preference (e.g., nights may receive higher pay)
