Are you an organised and proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach?
Our client is looking for a Goods In/Goods Out Coordinator to join a busy depot in Southampton. This is a hands-on, physical role, playing a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring every item that leaves or returns to the depot is handled safely, accurately and in line with company standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 8am-4:30pm - flexible to work between warehouse opening times
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Receiving and checking incoming hire equipment, ensuring items are stored correctly and safely
* Preparing and dispatching orders with precision
* Inspecting, cleaning and maintaining equipment before storage or reissue
* Managing stock levels and supporting regular stock-takes
* Loading and unloading vehicles
Who They’re Looking For:
* IT-literate, with the ability to update systems accurately
* Able to participate in the on-call rota to dispatch emergency equipment outside normal hours
* Forklift licence (counterbalance or flexi) - advantage
* UK driver’s license - advantage
