Goods In Operative – Bendi & Counterbalance 

£29,000 | 6.30am – 3.30pm | Full-time 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Redhill. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong forklift experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and safe working practices. 

The Role 

Unloading incoming deliveries using Bendi & Counterbalance forklifts 

Loading & unloading lorries safely & efficiently 

Completing daily forklift safety checks and following all site safety procedures 

Receiving & booking goods into the warehouse system 

Labelling & correctly identifying stock 

Moving & putting away stock into the correct warehouse locations

Maintaining accurate stock levels & reporting any discrepancies

Supporting the wider warehouse teams with day-to-day Goods In activities 

Maintaining a clean, organised & safe working environment

The Person

Bendi Forklift & Counterbalance forklift licence – Essential!

Experience operating multi-directional forklifts

Experience working with in construction would be advantageous 

Previous Goods In, warehouse or material-handling experience

Strong attention to detail & stock accuracy 

The Package 

Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 3.30pm 

£29,000pa DOE

Full-time, permanent opportunity 

20 days holiday + BH
