Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Hourly Rate: £15.89 per hour (gross)
Shift patterns: 745am to 115pm / 1pm to 630pm / 745am to 630pm
Payment Method: PAYE or Umbrella
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: Monthly rolling contract
Job Summary:
* Provide care navigation call handling duties in line with processes and procedures
* Excellent communication with call requests with at all times to enable effective care navigation to the most appropriate Clinician and/or service
* Provide support to the wider Primary Care team and action any follow up calls to other services as required
* Provide operational support to the onsite practice team and clinical team
* Must have EMIS experience
Candidate Criteria:
* Right to work in the UK
* Literacy and numeracy skills at GCSE level C or equivalent
* Must have previous experience as a Medical/GP Receptionist and/or Care Navigator.
* Must have experience using EMIS
