Graduate Teaching Assistant
Orpington, Bromley Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Immediate Start

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects.
Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to support student progress.
Assist teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.
Support students with SEND and EAL needs.
Help create a positive and productive learning environment.
Gain valuable insight into classroom teaching and school life.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a degree in any subject.
Has a genuine passion for education and working with young people.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable.
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
Is considering a career in teaching or education.
