Quokka Education is looking for confident, adaptable graduates to support our partner schools across Hampshire - including Basingstoke, Hook, Winchester, Southampton, and Fareham.
No experience? No problem.
We’ll make sure you’re ready with:
* Free online training
* Taster days so you can try it out first
* Ongoing support from our team
What you’ll be doing
We offer a mix of roles so you can explore what suits you best:
* Teaching Assistant — support students 1:1 or in small groups, help put effective learning strategies into action, and build meaningful relationships.
* Cover Supervisor — lead lessons using pre-prepared materials, keep students engaged, and manage the class when the teacher’s away.
You’ll help create a positive, inclusive environment and be a role model who inspires students to stay motivated.
