Your Role as a Graduate Behaviour Specialist As a Graduate Behaviour Specialist, you’ll play a central role in supporting students who are finding school life emotionally or behaviourally difficult. Working closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and external agencies, you’ll help pupils regulate emotions, re-engage with learning, and develop positive social skills.
