Are you a Graduate Building Surveyor looking to kick-start your career with a supportive, well-established consultancy? This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected multi-disciplinary practice in their Colchester office, offering varied project exposure and full support toward achieving your APC and becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.
About the Role You will be working as part of a collaborative and experienced Building Surveying team, carrying out a broad mix of project-based building surveying work. This role offers hands-on experience from day one, contributing to meaningful projects across an impressive range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting on and delivering building surveying projects
Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of instructions
Preparing technical reports, specifications, and surveys
Contributing to project delivery within multi-discipline teams
Progressing towards chartership with structured APC supportSectors You’ll Work In You’ll gain exposure across a diverse portfolio, including:
Public Sector, Military, Police, Fire, Lifeboat, Education, Residential, Commercial, Health, and Arts & Culture clients.

A relevant degree in Building Surveying (or close to completion)
Strong communication and organisational skills
