Build experience towards RICS Chartership across commercial surveying and project commissions.
Responsibilities
* Assist Chartered Surveyors with commercial property inspections and surveys
* Prepare technical reports, schedules and specifications for review
* Support contract administration, project monitoring and refurbishment projects
* Assist with technical due diligence, dilapidations and planned maintenance instructions
* Maintain APC records and participate in structured professional development
Requirements
* RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree with First Class Honours or high 2:1
* Eligibility for the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway
* Placement, internship or property consultancy experience is beneficial
* Knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and contract administration
* Ability to work under Chartered Surveyor supervision on commercial instructions
Salary & Package
* Circa £27,000 basic salary
