Job Description
Graduate Building Surveyor job opportunity with a multi-disciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy in the Leicester area. This is a great opportunity to start your career within Building Surveying.
This highly successful firm has nearly 100 years industry track record behind them and work with a diverse range of clients. Within the building Consultancy team they offer a full range of Building Surveying services with the balance of work being more focused on project work / contract administration. Projects are very varied indeed crossing both health care and education as well as commercial and industrial sectors.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to train and gain experience across the full range of Building Surveying duties. The role would include delivering a variety of surveys, some drawing work, writing specification and preparing scopes of work as well as project management of the job to completion.
You will work alongside an experienced team, working with a wide range of clients on a number of different service offerings and the chance to work towards gaining your MRICS qualification. They are able to offer great career prospects as the firm very much values it's people and promotes from within wherever possible and the building consultancy team in particular continues to grow.
Candidates for this role will need to have a good, recent degree in Building Surveying. Any industry experience is a plus but isn't required. You must also have a full UK driving license and be able to travel to site.
