Our client is looking for a RICS building surveyor or graduate building surveyor for the North East on a permanent basis.
Job Description:
* Conduct detailed inspections of buildings to assess their condition.
* Identify structural issues, defects, and areas needing repair or improvement.
* Prepare reports such as condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments.
* We have an exciting portfolio of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects.
Personal Specification:
* RICS or graduate surveyor
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Salary negotiable depending on experienceBefore You Apply
