The Role
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will:
* Assist in a wide range of building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidations, and project management.
* Conduct property inspections and prepare reports for clients.
* Support senior surveyors in delivering professional and project services to clients.
* Gain exposure to various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
* Work towards your APC qualification with dedicated mentoring and structured training.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
* A strong passion for the property sector and an eagerness to learn and develop.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
* Some prior experience in building surveying (preferred but not essential for fresh graduates).
