Boden are working with a Property consultancy who have a long term project conducting Property inspections across the Suffolk region.

Boden are proud to be partnering with a leading building consultancy who are looking to appoint experienced Damp & Mould Surveyors to support a large housing stock project in the Mid Suffolk region.
Damp & Mould Surveyors - Mid Suffolk
Day Rate: £270 - £300 (Outside IR35)
Location: Mid Suffolk (Babergh & surrounding areas)
Contract: Freelance / Interim
�� The Role
* Surveying a portfolio of properties using asset management software on a tablet device.
* Appointments are pre-booked by the client - full property lists provided.
* Access to ID badges, calling cards, and letters of authority will be issued.
* Reporting findings accurately and efficiently into digital systems.
* Qualification in HNC, Building survyeing or CIOB
* Strong knowledge of housing stock, property defects, and remedial recommendations.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
