I’m working with a fast-growing, purpose-led company in the sustainability sector that’s looking to hire a Graduate Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to kickstart their career in sales while contributing to meaningful environmental impact.

🌍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Identify and research prospective clients in target sectors
*
Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn and at industry events
*
Build relationships with sustainability leaders and decision-makers
*
Book and support client meetings (virtual and in-person)
*
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to shape tailored proposals
*
Keep the CRM system updated with leads, activity and pipeline progress
✅ Who They’re Looking For:

A recent graduate (any subject — sustainability, business, geography or environmental science a plus)
*
Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact
*
A confident communicator, professional and engaging
*
Target-driven and motivated to grow in a commercial role
*
Organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn
*
Must have full, unrestricted, permanent right to work in the UK — visa sponsorship is not available
