My client, an experienced, highly-respected Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Graduate Civil Engineer with a focus on Flood Risk and Drainage to join their growing team of engineering and design experts, in the City of Hull, on the North-East coast of England. Essential Criteria: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering Excellent knowledge of flood risk and drainage strategies, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) Working knowledge of the relevant Section Agreements (such as S104, S106, etc.) Knowledge of InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, InfoDrainage, and other relevant software packages The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative A willingness to learn and develop technical skills through hands-on experienceIt would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Graduate Civil Engineer to have the following: Some commercial experience, particularly with flood risk and drainage Working knowledge of a range of additional software packages, including AutoCAD, Civils 3D, etc. Good time management skillsAs a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be joining a specialist team of engineers, working on a number of different projects across the region.
