We’re currently seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer for one of our top-tier clients based in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with at least 1 year of industry experience to join a thriving civils department and contribute to exciting, high-impact projects.
🧩 Role Overview
As part of the engineering team, you’ll play a key role in delivering technical excellence and building lasting client relationships. You’ll also be involved in project budgeting, quality control, and mentoring junior staff—all while receiving the support and development needed to flourish.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Attend and represent the company in project meetings

Support bid preparation and ensure procedural compliance
*
Monitor project spending and work within allocated budgets
*
Promote cross-team collaboration and uphold quality standards
*
Assist in mentoring junior staff and share your expertise
*
Prepare clear technical reports, notes, and approval documentation
🔍 Candidate Profile
*
1+ years’ experience in civil engineering
*
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Causeway PDS and/or Causeway FLOW a strong advantage
*
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas
*
Team player with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*
Willingness to work from the Berkshire office at least 3 days a week
*
