Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant
£26,500 - £30,000 (OTE £40,000 in year 1)
Team Commission bonus (monthly)
Personal Commission bonus (monthly)
Leeds based (opportunity for Hybrid working 1-2 days per week)
Permanent - full time

NextGen Teachers aims to be the agency of choice for all candidates and schools alike over the next few years and we are looking for a Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant who can help us achieve just that.
Founded in April 2024, NextGen Teachers are looking for a highly driven and self motivated Individual who is looking to grow their own network of candidates and clients and offer exceptional service through business development, school recruitment. We are looking for an Individual who is creative and forward thinking who is looking to become an expert in the sector and has future ambitions to become a high performing super star within our wider business group. We are looking for Individuals who are committed to building and being part of a new Education Brand who have big ambitions to be the number one recruiter in the local area.

A snapshot of what your day will include:
Liaising with candidates daily, discussing their job requirements and screening for potential opportunities
Picking up vacancy leads from new and existing clients
Providing candidates with on-going support and feedback
Regular candidate-led sales calls to schools across West Yorkshire
Liaising with candidates daily, discussing their job requirements and screening for potential opportunities
Providing administration support for the sales team/consultants
Resourcing for candidates across various job boards for specific roles in schools
Advertising job vacancies
Formatting CVs
Arranging registrations and interviews
Using and updating various in-house databases
Providing candidates with on-going support and feedback
Progressing to Business development sales- speaking with school leaders on a daily basis
Progressing to Weekly client visits to new and existing schools
Progressing to Arranging candidate Interviews for temporary and permanent roles Skills Required:
Recent Graduate (2024/2025)
Confident and professional communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet changing deadlines
Highly organised
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
High attention to detail
