Graduate Building Physics Consultant (IES Modelling)

Salary: £26,000+

About the Role

We're working with a well-established building services consultancy that specialises in Mechanical and Electrical design, with a strong focus on reducing carbon emissions across both new developments and existing buildings.

With a proven track record delivering projects up to £60M in value, they are known for combining technical excellence with innovative, sustainable design.

They are now looking to bring in a Graduate IES Modeller to join their Brighton office-an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within a forward-thinking and supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

Support energy modelling and simulation work using IES software
Work alongside experienced engineers and consultants on live projects
Assist in developing sustainable building services design solutions
Contribute to technical reports, calculations, and project documentation
Play a part in improving building performance and reducing carbon impact
Participate in team discussions and share ideas to enhance project delivery

What We're Looking For

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
Exposure to IES software (academic or placement experience)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
A genuine interest in sustainability and low-carbon design
