Morson Projects are recruiting for graduate and early career engineers to join our Embedded Software & Systems teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile aerospace and defence projects for major clients, while developing your career in a supportive and structured environment.
You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping to design, test, and deliver safety-critical software systems. You will receive training, guidance and mentoring from experienced engineers while contributing to key programmes of work.

About you:
* A degree in engineering, computing, software, or a related subject
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
* Interest in working within aerospace, defence, or other safety-critical sectors
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Due to the secure nature of our projects, successful canidates will need to be elligible for SC clearance, meaning sole UK nationality is pre-requisite for this role.
It would be great if you also have exposure to:
* Programming languages such as C++, Python
* Software development processes, testing, or modelling tools
* Awareness of embedded systems or real-time operating systems
