Our client, a leader in robotic inspection and tooling solutions, is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering (or similar). You’ll play a key role in supporting aerospace and advanced manufacturing customers, while enjoying the benefits of a 4-day working week.

The Role
Working in the Product Development Team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in metrology and robotics, with full training and mentoring.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Setting up and verifying metrology systems
* Supporting the use of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) in robotic inspection
* Processing and interpreting scan data with PolyWorks and other tools
* Assisting in the delivery and validation of robotic systems
* Preparing demos, reports, and technical investigations
* Contributing to R&D and documenting best practices
* Learning how to simulate measurement setups and use offline programming tools
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar
* Keen interest in metrology, measurement systems, or robotics
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Familiarity with GD&T, CAD, or dimensional inspection
* Exposure to 3D analysis software (e.g. PolyWorks)
* Comfortable working hands-on with engineering equipment
* Detail-oriented and methodical with data
