Graduate Estimator – Specialist Construction
Salary: 25-30k
Location: Hampshire
Our client is a well-established specialist contractor operating within the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate into their estimating team.
Roles/Responsibilities
· Assist with reviewing tender documents, drawings and project specifications.
· Support the estimating team with take-offs, measurements and cost preparation.
· Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
· Help prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns and supporting information.
· Maintain organised records of drawings, quotes, estimates and tender documentation.
· Work closely with senior team members to understand pricing, specifications and commercial requirements.
· Attend internal tender reviews and handover meetings as knowledge develops.
· Build technical and commercial knowledge across specialist construction packages.
Qualifications
