The Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Field Application Engineer to join our customer engineering team. This is an entry-level position designed for bright, ambitious graduates who want to combine hands-on technology with customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
As a Graduate FAE, you’ll:
Support the setup, testing, and deployment of CRFS systems with global customers.
Assist with live trials, training sessions, and field demonstrations.
Troubleshoot and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products.
Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical bridge between clients and our R&D teams.

What we’re looking for
A degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about technology.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
A willingness to travel internationally once established in the role.
