What you’ll do (and do well):

    Be the first to answer—confident, helpful, informed

    Support our external sales force like the backbone they rely on

    Guide customers to the right product like it's second nature

    Beat KPI lead times, not just meet them

  * 

    Own order input, chase progress, close the loop

You offer customer service with grace, clarity and confidence. You handle deadlines without breaking stride. You’re fluent in Microsoft applications, comfortable at a keyboard, assured on a phone line.
