Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Primary Schools | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before a career in teaching, psychology, social work, or SEND support?

We are working with supportive primary schools seeking enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role:

Support pupils in class and through small-group interventions
Assist children with SEND, including ASD and ADHD
Help deliver engaging learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and pupil development
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs

We're Looking For:

A graduate in any subject
Passion for education and supporting children
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
