We are looking for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team in Sutton, supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups. This full-time, long-term role will run from Easter 2025, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before potentially pursuing a career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis to help them achieve their learning goals.
Assisting with the preparation and delivery of lessons under the direction of the classroom teacher.
Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
Supporting students with additional needs and encouraging their engagement.
Key Requirements:
A degree in any subject (essential).
A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude to learning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
