Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Chester, is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to begin their career within a well-established and forward-thinking production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
Assist with process improvement projects to drive productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve engineering challenges.
Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Produce technical documentation, process instructions, and reports as required.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in manufacturing engineering.
